I was born into a family of fine artists and gallerists in the scenic coastal town of Carmel, California. The visual world is my first language, having been immersed in art and design my whole life. Instead of mastering the paint brush like most of my family (shout out links to them below!), I rebelled by exploring the worlds of textile design; graphic design; book arts; food and prop styling for print, television and film; and art consulting for luxury hotels around the world. In short, I have an eye for detail, a lust for color, and an opinion about everything I see.
My goal for your home is to reflect who you are, to be stylish, functional, and never boring. I approach each project like a puzzle, gathering the pieces and putting them all together. My process includes a lot of listening, asking questions, and problem solving. I love getting to know clients by collaborating with them on design decisions within the home.
I am available for all types of interior design projects large and small, including choosing paint colors, art, styling and furnishings. In addition to my passion for art and color, I specialize in guiding home owners through the process of designing finishes for their renovation or new construction projects. This involves kitchen and bath design, trim, tile, plumbing, electrical layouts and lighting, as well as exterior finishes.
As a former Lead Project Designer at Thrive Homes, I also collaborate with builders to design interior and exterior finishes for single homes and neighborhoods. I can guide your clients through each step of the design process on any project. My expertise in client support reduces disruption of your workflow and delivers finish selections on time for your project.
